Proposing organizations for the Microgravity Research Competition shall be accredited U.S. universities and colleges or other IRS-approved 501(c)(3) U.S. non-profit organizations.  The proposing organization can have partners including industry.  The Principal Investigator must be a full-time employee of the proposing organization and the experiment must be substantially supported by its staff, students and facilities.
